Scenic accommodation in the South West of France
Les Jumelles provides 'home away from home' accommodation for up to 8 people, over the age of 5. It is a 4 bedroom property on the edge of Monflanquin, which is a historic medieval French town. We know you won't be disappointed with the beautiful location.
You will need to arrange your own transport and transfers.
We will send you the address and detailed directions before your stay.
You will need to bring your own swimming towels with you.
Unfortunately pets are not allowed.

Toilets:
Please be aware that the property has bathrooms that drain to a septic tank. It cannot cope with any sanitary products but toilet paper is okay.

Rubbish:
There are recycling bins in the galley kitchen. Rubbish will need to be taken to the refuse area bins in the town at the end of your stay. There is a fob on your house key set that enables you to deposit a bag of household waste (max size 30). Please re-cycle everything else

Neigbours:
The house is a comfortable distance from other properties, but whilst enjoying your holiday, we do ask that you respect our neighbours.

Notice of risks:
This list is not exhaustive but the property has 2 staircases, each with a stair gate at the bottom, and the pool has a hard cover. All must be kept closed for safety, but children will also need constant supervision. Fire extinguishers and fire blankets are available but care must be take using the gas hob and outdoor BBQ. We cannot accept any responsibility for any loss, damage, expense, or injury.

You will be responsible for any repair or replacement costs of any damage caused to the property during your stay

They work with a company who will clean the property thoroughly throughout, and prepare clean linen and towels for change-overs.
They offer a mid-stay linen change (at cost) and regular pool maintenance.
